Orders
To place an order, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and
enter your payment information. If you would like to place an order
by phone, please call us toll free at 978.562.3809 . If you have
questions regarding any of our products and services, you can email
us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at either of the emails above or
call at the number above.
Orders placed by 5 p.m. EST are shipped out within 2 business days. Gift Baskets and Wood Bowls may take 1-2 extra days. We will notify you via email if this is the case with your order.
Returns
Claims for credit, due to incorrect address information will not be honored. Nor will we be responsible for unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery supplied by the sender,decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, a reroute requested by the sender or product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient. Furthermore, customers will incur any additional fees charged by the carrier for address corrections.
Order Changes or Cancellations
We do not allow orders to be edited or canceled within one business day of the requested delivery date, or within the three (3) business days prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day, because of extremely high volume of orders during these times.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover which is
processed securely through PayPal. You may use your PayPal account.
You may also send a check or money order payment to us. We will email you the address when your order is complete. Please allow the check to clear before we send out your order.
Shipping
We offer 6 day shipping to the United States and Canada.
Weekends and Holidays are not counted when determining the number of days in transit.
We are unable to ship to the following destinations:
- P.O. Box (a physical address is required)
- APO / FPO (military addresses)
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within
the state of Massachusetts (6.25%).
Food Allergy Notice
While Simply Apples and its suppliers make every effort to ensure that only the ingredients shown are included in your gifts, it is very likely that your gift ingredients may have been processed using equipment that has traces of a variety of nut, fruit, grain or dairy products. If the recipient or others that might consume the gifts are highly allergic to common food products---for their safety we require that you order one of our non-food gifts.
